Your order may be held for a few reasons:
- The order may be pending Artist Verification.
- The address may need to be updated due to a PO box address being listed for shipping.
- The billing and shipping address do not match and we require verification of the billing information due to a high dollar amount order.
- The quantities of sets/individual bottles that have been purchased mirror amounts ordered by our distributors and we require Artist Verification for the shop or individual artist.
